In the late 1980s we began selling magnesium tooling plate. And when our customers began having problems with magnesium fires we began passing on the benefits of our experience and began offering our metal fire fighting material under the trade name MAG.FIRE.XTNGSHR.
Over the next decade, our experiences in and out of the marketplace led us to offer our product for fighting metal fires other than magnesium fires.
In 2003 we
renamed our product
METAL.FIRE.XTNGSHR to reflect its broadened application.
